GenC Role (Entry-Level Software Engineer)
- Gather and understand business requirements, seek clarifications, and document findings.
- Develop, maintain, test, debug, and deploy code according to project requirements.
- Create and execute test scenarios based on specified data requirements.
- Operate in an Agile development environment, adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and fulfill deliverables.
- Design and build low-level components for software applications.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and proactively manage potential risks.
- Take ownership of project deliverables and contribute meaningfully to team goals.
- Participate in team meetings and technical discussions to ensure quality and cost-efficiency in solutions.

- Must hold industry-accredited certifications in relevant technologies.
Cognizant GenC Off-Campus Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation Year: 2024 batch
- Eligible Degrees: BE/BTech/ME/MTech (excluding Leather Technology, Food Technology, Fashion Technology, and similar disciplines)
- Academic Performance:
- Minimum of 60% in Class X, Class XII, Diploma, UG, and PG (no rounding off)
- No outstanding arrears at the time of joining
- Adherence to proper CGPA-to-percentage conversion as per university standards
- Flexibility:
- Must be willing to work from any Cognizant office
- Open to varied shift timings and technologies
- Nationality: Open to Indian nationals, OCIs, and PIOs currently residing in India
- Communication: All communications will be directed to the registered email ID in Superset, which must remain unchanged throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
