Primary Duties
- Technical File Transfer Oversight
- Oversee the compliance, establishment, and follow-up of technical file transfer links.
- Implement all pertinent technical requests and execute predefined test cases.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to failed test cases to ensure seamless operations.
- Performance Reporting
- Produce relevant KPIs to monitor and report technical performance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of all activities.
