Interns are immersed in the real-time process of recruitment within Capgemini’s HR global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Search for candidates on different platforms as well as databases.
- Speak to stakeholders about the hiring process and timeframes.
- Facilitate end-to-end hiring and provide documentation.
- Find out about talent pools along with market and demographic trends.
- Assist in the coordination of interviews and the experience of candidates.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2025 graduates from the preferred streams.
- Ability to be able to operate in the Mumbai office.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Fast-learning and comfortable in high-speed processes.
