Capgemini Exceller Hiring 2025 Role Overview:

The Contact Support Group (CSG) functions within Capgemini’s Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS) division, serving as the first point of contact for managing incidents and service requests related to IT infrastructure. This team excels in providing exemplary technical support through multiple communication channels, including voice, email, chat, bots, and self-service portals. The primary objective of CSG is to elevate customer experience through efficient, predictive, and user-focused support solutions.

Capgemini Exceller Hiring 2025 Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the Contact Support Group, you will:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and technical support across voice and digital channels.
  • Effectively prioritize, categorize, and manage customer support tickets.
  • Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to assist end-users.
  • Ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution or escalation of incidents.
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Employ AI bots like CHIP to streamline issue resolution and boost customer satisfaction.
  • Manage service requests via email with minimal delays or handoffs.
  • Contribute to and leverage the internal knowledge base to facilitate faster resolutions.
  • Advocate for internal tools that enhance customer self-service capabilities.
  • Support a diverse array of clients across various sectors, including telecommunications, healthcare, financial services, and technology.
  • Troubleshoot common issues such as internet outages, login problems, and profile management.

Capgemini Exceller Hiring 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Open to candidates graduating in 2024 and 2025.
  • Educational Background: Any three-year graduate (BSc, BCA, BBA, BCom, etc.) or diploma holder.
  • No active backlogs during the assessment or joining period.
  • Availability for rotational shifts, including nights.
  • Willingness to relocate to Coimbatore and adaptability regarding work locations.

Essential Requirement:
Applicants must possess an active DigiLocker account and have an active mobile number linked to their Aadhaar number.
