Qualifications

  • Education Background: The candidates must belong to the B.Tech 2025 batch that specializes in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or any engineering field that has Computer Science subjects in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th years of graduation.
  • Tech Skills: Expertise or familiarity with any of the following stacks of technology:
    • Frontend Development: Angular, React.js, Vue.js
    • Mobile Development: Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native
    • Backend Development:
      • .NET (C#, SQL Server Database, ASP.NET MVC, LINQ)
      • Node.js (JavaScript, MongoDB, Angular, Express.js, Koa.js, Swagger or similar tools for documenting)
      • Java (J2EE, MySQL/MariaDB/MongoDB, Spring Boot, GIT, Jenkins)
    • AI/ML: The knowledge of machine learning or artificial intelligence concepts and frameworks
  • Experience: A minimum of 0-1 years’ experience, but preference given to applicants who have completed three months of work experience or participated in multiple projects utilizing the above mentioned technology stacks.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent coding skills with a particular focus on writing efficient, clean as well as maintainable codes.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal abilities.
    • Logical thinking coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in comprehensive training courses starting in October 2025, to gain proficiency in frontend, backend mobile, AI/ML stacks for development.
  • Work with teams of cross-functionality to develop, design and implement software solutions.
  • Create high-quality, scalable and maintainable code based on the best practices of the industry.
  • Find and fix technical issues, while ensuring the best performance of the application.
  • Contribute to code reviews, documentation as well as continuous integration process.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in technology and apply them to improve project results.
