Role Overview
As an Analyst Central Strategist Analyst, you’ll work with teams across functional areas that are cross-functional, like marketing operations, product, operations, and finance, to develop and implement strategies for optimising Blinkit’s business models. This position calls for a mix of creative thinking and innovative techniques for solving issues in a rapidly growing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Analysis and insights: Utilise data to uncover patterns, identify opportunities, and provide data to improve efficiency and increase the customer experience.
- Strategic Development: Assist the upper management in creating and implementing strategies that will improve Blinkit’s market position and its capacity.
- Research on the market: Conduct in-depth research of the current trends in your industry competitors’ strategies, trends, and customer behaviour to help you make informed decisions.
- Performance tracking: Create dashboards, KPIs and other indicators that track the development of strategic initiatives and recommend adjustments, if necessary.
- Multi-Functional Collaboration: collaborate with the marketing, product and operational teams to ensure that their strategies are aligned with the goals of the business.
- Process Optimisation: Find the bottlenecks in your current processes and propose innovative strategies to streamline operations.
- Communication and presentations: Create compelling presentations to present findings and suggestions to all parties involved at all levels.
Qualifications
- educational qualifications: Current enrollment in or recently completed Master’s or Bachelor’s degree programs that are in Business Economics, Engineering, Data Science or any related field.
- Analytics Skill: Experience with the tools used for analysis of data, such as Excel, SQL, Python and R. Experience with visualisation tools like Tableau and Power BI is advantageous.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to solve difficult problems and come up with creative methods and solutions based on data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate information clearly to non-technical and technical audience members.
- Team Player: Ability to perform well in a sociable, fast-paced environment. It also helps to prioritise different tasks.
- Internship applicants: Current students with at minimum one semester remaining or recent graduates looking to gain experience, active and hands-on.
- Full-time: Candidates with 2 and three years’ experience in the area of strategy analysis, consulting analytics or any related fields.
