Key Responsibilities

• Work with a variety of teams to determine and prioritize AI applications for areas such as payment as well as lending and fraud detection.
• Develop, train and evaluate machine-learning models using unstructured and structured data to offer effective solutions.
• Create prototypes and proofs of concept to investigate and test AI-driven tools and features.
• Help in the integration machines learning algorithms in production environments by utilizing APIs that are scalable as well as cloud-based infrastructure.
• Examine model performance, pinpoint areas of improvement and then retrain models to ensure the best results.
• Document processes as well as insights, experiments, and workflows to encourage sharing of knowledge within the team.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech and M.Tech or M.Tech. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or in a related subject at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).
• A thorough knowledge of algorithms, data structures and mathematics to tackle difficult problems effectively.
• Practical experience working with Python and machine learning software like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• The exposure to natural processing of language (NLP), computer vision or recommendation systems via classes at school or in personal projects.
• Experience with the various version control systems, such as Git and database querying using SQL and understanding of cloud computing (AWS or GCP previous experience is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills that allow you to work efficiently across groups.
• An unwavering enthusiasm for fintech, and an openness to developing and adapting in a highly energised setting.
