We have a Global Operations team that supports integrated operations across multiple business segments, which include Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Corporate and Commercial Banking and Capital Markets. As an Apprentice in our back-office/middle-office delivery environment, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the success of our global business.

Job Description: Apprentice
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic graduates who are finishing their last year, who want to be part of our Global Operations team as Apprentices in Hyderabad, India. This is the chance to begin your career in a famous financial services company, while learning practical skills in an extremely fast-paced and fast-paced working setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing both complex and basic transactions quickly and efficiently by adhering to the established operating procedure.
- Meet individual goals to perform and assist in contributing to the team’s key performance Indicators (KPIs) together with key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Assist in other team activities, as well as other general organisational initiatives.
- Be effective with your coworkers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
- Use in-house training courses to enhance understanding of the process and domain.
- Keep high standards for efficiency and precision in a collaborative working environment.
- Change to a rotating shift pattern, with 24-hour operation and night shifts that meet the needs of global businesses.
