Job Roles and Responsibilities
1. QA Engineer and Business Analyst
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about every aspect of Quality Assurance (QA) and Business Analysis (BA) to join our team. As a Business Analyst or QA engineer, you’ll bridge gaps between business requirements and technical solutions and ensure that you deliver products of high quality that meet the needs of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document and gather Requirements: Collaborate with other stakeholders to understand what business needs are and then translate them into clear, concise demand stories for the user, as and functional requirements.
- Test case creation: Create and run complete tests based on functional requirements to ensure the quality of the software.
- Manual and automated tests: Participate in automated and manual testing with tools like Selenium (Java and Python) as along with Python), reporting issues and confirming the fixes.
- SQL Validation: Create and run fundamental SQL queries to test the accuracy of data and to ensure the operation of the system.
- UAT support (UAT): Work closely with business users to make it easier for UAT and ensure UAT is seamless.
- Learning continuously: Stay up-to-date on the latest methods and tools for test automation to improve the efficiency of test results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Two-sided interest: Enthusiastic about the two Business Analysis and Quality Assurance roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills to convey ideas and record results.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for the smallest details.
- Technically Expert: Experience or practical experience working with Selenium (Java as well as Python) and basic SQL to validate data.
- Competencies for Documentation: ability to write exact required documents, Test cases, reports and other documents.

2. Data Scientist
