  • Follow-Up:

    • Work closely with Amber’s Marketing and Supply teams to streamline the booking process and ensure offerings align with evolving needs.
  • Data Management:
    • Accurately log customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.
    • Track performance and provide regular reports to management, highlighting success, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Target Achievement:
    • Meet and exceed performance metrics and sales targets set by the management team.
    • Ensure consistent high-quality service to students throughout the process, from initial inquiry to final booking.
