Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, vendors, as well as internal teams such as finance and retail fulfilment centres. Finance, as well as software support.
• Explore the information on transportation with tools such as Excel, Access, or SQL to find patterns, generate reports, and assist in the process of making a decision.
• Create and track performance indicators to improve the efficiency of your operation and achieve better business results.
• Collaboration with technology teams to define functional and business requirements for logistics systems and process improvement.
• Study the implications for business of trends in operations and take immediate decisions based on data-driven recommendations to improve service and increase customer satisfaction with customers.
• Acknowledge and escalate any issues or deviations to those responsible, and monitor resolutions until the point of completeness.
• Manage several priorities and time-sensitive business requirements while ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the entire process.
• Create detailed narratives that describe weekly performance metrics, deviations from the goals and suggestions for rectifications to review the forum.
