Amazon’s MyHR Live Support (MHLS) team is seeking motivated professionals to join our customer-focused HR Contact Center. This role involves providing real-time support to Amazon employees globally, addressing a variety of HR-related queries and issues.

As an MHLS Associate, you will be at the forefront of HR operations, primarily handling live calls and chats to resolve employee inquiries. Your role will involve building trust through empathetic communication and exercising judgment to meet employee needs confidentially and professionally.
Amazon MHLS Associate Hiring Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
- Manage a high volume of live interactions, mainly through phone calls and chats, focusing on exceptional employee experiences.
- Foster positive relationships by providing empathetic and tailored support.
- Quickly respond to urgent inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions even with limited information.
Problem-Solving and Resolution
- Apply critical thinking and utilize available resources (FAQs, knowledge base articles, SOPs) to address inquiries comprehensively.
- Balance adherence to processes with employee needs, making high-judgment decisions in real time.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring employees’ concerns are adequately addressed.
Collaboration and Adaptability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related challenges and enhance policies.
- Stay informed about new tools, policies, and industry trends to deliver best-in-class service.
- Adapt to a rotational shift schedule to support 24/7 contact center operations.
Performance Metrics
- Achieve high performance in key metrics such as contact handling time, first-contact resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow schedules, including breaks and lunches, to ensure consistent coverage for global operations.
Amazon MHLS Associate Hiring Basic Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience:
0–10+ years in contact centers, customer service, human resources, or similar roles.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (85% proficiency or higher).
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information while ensuring data privacy compliance.
Technical Requirements:
Internet connection with speeds of 50–100 Mbps prior to joining.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0-5 years of experience in customer service, human resources, or related fields.
- Knowledge of US leave and disability laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA).
- Familiarity with human resources, benefits, and employee issues.
- Experience in consulting and solving complex HR problems.
- Exceptional empathy and interpersonal skills for addressing sensitive employee inquiries.
Amazon MHLS Associate Hiring Shifts and Work Schedule
Shifts: Rotational (including night shifts) in a 24×7 environment.
Weekly Off: Two consecutive days off on a rotational basis (subject to change every 3–4 months).
