Position 1: Workday Reporting Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Create, modify and update customised and regular reports with Workday.
- Work with stakeholders to determine information requirements for reporting and ensure alignment with the business requirements.
- Make use of sophisticated Excel functions to alter and analyse data for precise report outputs.
- Provide timely and accurate reports that are compliant and meet operational requirements.
- Make sure that data integrity and security are maintained in the entire reporting process.
- Offer actionable information to assist HR and business functions.
Must-Have Skills
- Experience in Workday Reporting, including the creation of custom reports.
- Expertise is required in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation, conditional formatting and more).
- Excellent communication skills with clients and the ability to effectively manage expectations.
- Experienced people management skills that allow you to manage internal teams and clients.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in the HR domain and processes in HR.
- Acquaintance with Workday Discovery Boards, Worksheets, in addition to PRISM analytics.
Position 2: HR/HRIS Reporting Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage and update HR reports to aid in operational and strategic HR functions.
- Make use of the latest versions of Excel as well as VBA to build efficient and scalable reporting solutions.
- Examine HR data to find patterns, risks, and potential areas for improvement.
- Work with HR teams to ensure accuracy of data as well as coherence.
- Provide data-related findings in a simple format for non-technical users.
- Keep confidential employee information while also ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Must-Have Skills
- Expertise in HR/HRIS reporting, with an emphasis on the accuracy of the data.
- Competency proficiency in Advanced Excel and VBA scripting.
- Effective communication skills allow you to communicate with stakeholders and clients.
- The ability to manage people and collaborate across teams.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Power Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power for visualisation of data.
- Working-day reporting experience to aid in the integration of HRIS functions.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or an equivalent area.
- Experiential experience of Workday Reporting or HR/HRIS reporting roles.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain accuracy.
