Key Responsibilities

  • Create Domain IP: Design and create domain-based frameworks for software and agentic modules that are tuned to the needs of industry. SLM creation to meet specific needs is a key element in the development of next-generation service offerings.
  • AI-powered Software Engineering: Develop intelligent software systems that are capable of managing decision-making, data analysis and content comprehension tasks without manual intervention.
  • The Future of Architecture: Construct modular, adaptable, and scalable code frameworks that meet the requirements of your domain, that allow for rapid deployment and reuse. It also allows for the ability to extend across projects.
  • AI-Native Development: Utilise tools like Copilot, Gemini, and Claude to develop generative software testing, deployment, and deployment to boost efficiency and speed of innovation.
  • Cross-Domain Collaboration: Collaboration with cognitive designers, data scientists and experts in the field to integrate information from the enterprise into efficient and autonomous software solutions.
  • Reimagining Legacy: Reimagine outdated workflows into Predictive, Generative, and Agentic AI-driven systems designed for the highest accuracy and efficiency.
  • Data along with Model Integration: Participate in curation of data, as well as prompt engineering and the generation of retrieval-augmented models for model optimisation, as well as performance enhancement.
  • Cloud deployment and Operation: Implement cloud-native software modules using the latest technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes servers, as well as other serverless-based frameworks, while adhering to DevOps as well as MLOps best practices.
  • Tech Documentation: Make detailed documentation of specifications for software, as well as deployment architecture and the infrastructure used to ensure scalability and consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degrees or Master’s degrees in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related streams.
  • A solid knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or Go.
  • Basic introduction to frameworks for language models, including LangChain, RAG, and OpenLLM.
  • Ability to conceptualise and design software that is modular, reusable, with IP as the driving force.
  • A familiarity with agentic AI environments like CrewAI, AutoGen, or AutoGPT.
  • Understanding of cloud-native technologies as well as containers for deployment, with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
  • Analytical thinking with the desire to improve existing systems by incorporating modern AI developments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience gained in the field of fine-tuning small or limited-domain models of language.
  • Ability to build or manage vector databases as well as semantic search pipelines or pipelines for retrieval.
  • Understanding of the data ontologies, enterprise knowledge graphs, as well as domain modelling.
  • Recognition of ethical AI principles, as well as ethical modelling and the ability to explain the results.
  • Contributions to open-source projects in the GenAI and agentsic AI domains.
