As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
- Technical Support & Maintenance: Provide continuous support for production and development systems, both onsite and remotely.
- Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Conduct L1 and L2-level troubleshooting, accurately diagnosing and addressing technical issues.
- Database Administration: Oversee Oracle databases, maintaining performance optimization, security, and data integrity.
- System Implementation: Implement technology solutions at the operating system level across server and network infrastructures.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer technical solutions and engage in knowledge-sharing discussions.
- Exadata Administration: Support Exadata-related tasks, assisting with system maintenance and upgrades.
- Process Compliance: Adhere to established operating models and processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Essential Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA)
