What You’ll Do
A Web Developer New Associate is an integral part of our Accenture Marketing Operations team who is passionate about web development and is responsible for building digital brand experiences from the ground up. Your work will involve creating and managing web pages that support digital marketing activities making sure that they are visually appealing, functional and optimised for user experience. This role involves:
- Developing Web Content: Organize text-based content with HTML to provide structure to text-based information, links, headings, and paragraphs and create lists as well as interactive elements such as forms and embedded media with HTML for web pages and e-mail campaigns.
- Digital Marketing Support: Support the development and design of digital marketing ads and promos to maintain on brand standards and deliver exciting user experiences.
- Problem-Solving: Investigate and address technical issues of low complexity pertaining to web development tasks, ensuring stability and performance.
- Collaboration: Participate in across Accenture business within your eco-system and teams to deliver best in class solutions.

We’re looking for one or more candidates who are excited to work with web development and have solid fundamentals in HTML. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Techinical Skills: Experience with HTML for creating web structure (links, headings, paragraphs, lists and interaction) Experience with web and email development a plus.
- Analytical mindset: Capable of diagnosing a problem of moderate complexity, identifying solutions and executing to solve the problem efficiently and with a high quality result.
