In the role of Associate – Data Analytics, you will be integral to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of HSBC’s operational platforms and analytical initiatives. You will support our frontline teams by offering timely functional assistance across applications such as CME, CSP, and AI systems, while guaranteeing seamless customer and operational interactions.
HSBC Data Analytics Associate Hiring key responsibilities will encompass:
- Delivering first-line functional support for frontline platforms and handling user requests via established procedures.
- Monitoring and prioritizing service requests to ensure compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Collaborating with IT teams to report and resolve technical challenges, maintaining clear communication throughout the ticket lifecycle.
- Executing user instructions accurately, while meeting quality and productivity benchmarks.
