- Initial 6 Months (Training Period):
- Engage with the Product Team to thoroughly understand Recruit CRM’s products and client needs.
- Learn to formulate user stories, requirements, and success metrics for new product features.
- Work with engineers and business stakeholders to enact product enhancements.
- Post-Training (Full-Time Role):
- After successful training completion, candidates will be elevated to Product Management Associate.
- Full-time salary: ₹6,00,000 per annum.
- Assume real-world projects, interact with customers, and take on product ownership tasks.
