Who We’re Seeking At Syniverse Remote Hiring
The Customer Service Specialist I is tasked with providing first-level technical support for Syniverse’s products and services. You will be responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, documenting resolutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

As a Customer Service Specialist I, your duties will include:
- Analyzing and resolving customer inquiries regarding system accessibility, functionality, and other technical issues.
- Tracking and documenting customer-reported problems through ticketing procedures.
- Working closely with internal support teams and second-level support to efficiently resolve issues.
- Following up on customer requests according to severity levels and anticipated completion dates.
- Engaging with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Support to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously expanding your knowledge of products, services, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Ensuring that both individual and departmental performance goals are achieved.
- Undertaking administrative tasks such as time reporting and email management.
This position functions as an individual contributor with no direct reports.
Syniverse Remote Hiring Required Qualifications
To be eligible for consideration, candidates should possess:
- High school diploma or GED (a Bachelor’s degree in communication or business is preferred).
- No prior experience necessary (customer service experience is advantageous).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Experience with PCs in a Windows environment along with strong typing skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, or other languages) are a plus.
