Keysight Hiring 2025 About the Role:
As an R&D Engineer 1 in Software, you will play a crucial role at the Digital Photonics Center of Excellence (DP-COE) within Keysight Technologies. The DP-COE focuses on developing cutting-edge products in areas such as Oscilloscopes, Photonics, Arbitrary Waveform Generators (AWG), Bit Error Rate Testers (BERT), Digitizers, Logic Analysis, and Protocol Analysis, serving industries like Computer, Semiconductor, Wireless, Automotive, Storage, Communication, and Quantum.
You will be involved in designing and developing sophisticated software for the InfiniiVision product line (High Volume Scope / Mid-Range). This position requires working on various software layers, from low-level hardware integration to graphical user interfaces (GUI) and application features.
Keysight Hiring 2025 Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced software for InfiniiVision scopes.
- Integrate newly launched Keysight Probes with InfiniiVision scopes.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Architects, Solution Teams, FPGA and HW Developers, and Software Engineers to enhance product offerings.
- Engage in hardware and software integration tasks.
- Participate in international collaboration with teams in the US and Malaysia.
Keysight Hiring 2025 Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of R&D experience in product development.
- Proficiency in modern C++ (e.g., C++14 and later) and object-oriented programming.
- Experience in developing substantial software applications.
- Strong understanding of software design methodologies and programming techniques.
- Experience with hardware and software integration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies.
- Strong teamwork and accountability skills.

- Familiarity with Keysight instruments, particularly oscilloscopes.
- Experience with analog and digital circuits.
