- Work Location: NxtWave Office spaces in Hyderabad
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Probation Period: 3 Months
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Previous teaching or training experience in Computer Science.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring, with a strong commitment to student success.
- Alignment with NxtWave’s vision and culture.
NxtWave Is Hiring Skills:
Must-Have:
- Professional fluency in English, with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript. Knowledge of additional programming languages is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in software development, ideally with over a year in the MERN stack.
- Strong proficiency in data structures and algorithms.
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
- Skilled in content development using tools such as Google Sheets and Google Slides (familiarity with Microsoft 365 is a bonus).
- Ability to rapidly learn and utilize technology platforms to engage with students.
- Empathy, ambition, and a capacity to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of the subject matter, industry standards, and best practices in software development.
- Capability to adjust teaching approaches to accommodate various learning styles and needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily in-person training sessions on programming and/or full-stack development.
- Design, develop, and implement learning activities, materials, and resources aligned with industry standards.
- Provide personalized learning experiences by understanding student needs and offering tailored support throughout the program.
- Actively address and resolve student queries and issues promptly, offering mentorship and guidance.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the curriculum based on student feedback and industry trends.
- Continuously cultivate and display a teaching philosophy that motivates student learning.
- Review and assess student submissions for accuracy and quality.
- Manage a class size of 70-100 students, ensuring engagement and successful learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with professional development in pedagogy and software development practices.
