TCS B.Sc Ignite & Smart Hiring is exclusively for candidates from the stream of BCA, B.Sc (IT, Computer Science, Maths, Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Cyber Security, Biochemistry), B.Voc in CS/IT from the Batch of 2024.

This will help TCS widen its talent pool and offer opportunities to B.Sc graduates with relevant technology aptitude and passion albeit without traditional engineering degrees. The right tech and resources from TCS, help such professionals to create a gratifying career in IT.

There will be one combined test for both TCS B.Sc Ignite & Smart Hiring so that students can attend any of the two.

TCS Smart: TCS Ignite & Smart Hiring 2024

The TCS B.Sc Smart Hiring program focuses on honing skills and grooming candidates through a detailed training plan to prepare them aptly for their jobs.

Key features:

These smart hires play Techno Functional roles for our customers across TCS.

You will be working on designing solutions in different areas of practice like Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Data Analytics amongst others.

We provide a module training program that offers the structure to verify technical skills, domain competency, and important soft skills while giving us a strong understanding so that we can bridge the gap between academic learning & industry requirements.

It’s a role that requires a form of process enablement, good speaking and writing skills, teamwork, and strong analytical abilities.

Application Process for TCS Ignite & Smart Hiring 2024

Below steps to be followed for registration:

Step 1. Login to the TCS Next StepPortal (Link Is Given Below)

Step 2. Aadhaar-based Verification Details

They should and must be updated accordingly.

Incorrect details of information provided by you can lead to disqualification.

Step 3. Apply for TCS B.Sc Ignite & Smart Hiring for Batch of 2024

Scenario A: You are an existing user, you log in and fill out the application form. Click on ‘Apply for Drive‘ once submitted.

Scenario B — If you are a new user kindly click on Register Now, select category as ‘IT’, and enter the details and submit (here). Post your application and “Apply for Drive”.

Note: Please ensure that the information provided in the TCS Application Form is complete & accurate (Academic Details, Internship details, work experience if any).

Step 4. Choose your mode of the test (In-Centre) and select your desired test center & click on Apply Visit ATI TEAS Test Centers TEST CENTER REGISTRATION Please NOTE: The test center you pick at the time of registration will be your final one.

Step 5. Check ‘Track Your Application’ to ascertain. Status should be as ‘ Applied for Drive’.

Important Note: TCS Ignite & Smart Hiring 2024

Please note that this is an In-centre test. 

Please note that the allotment of seats within each of the TEST Centres will be done on a ‘First Come First Serve’ basis and you need to register and apply early, to get your preferred Test Centre. Seats will be closed once it is full[if you try to select the preferred city and seat, The selection of the 3rd choice in any stage shall not be possible]
