It is a Machine Learning Intern role that focuses on the development of intelligent systems to support future-generation telecom networks. This job requires Python programming abilities, a thorough knowledge of ML algorithms and libraries, as well as a working knowledge of Cloud-native Microservices, NoSQL database systems, and messaging platforms.
Candidates will work with cloud engineers, data scientists and product teams in the development of efficient AI/ML solutions that improve telecom network performance and efficiency as well as intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design and deploy AI/ML microservices utilising Python or machine learning techniques in cloud-based environments.
- Create scalable data pipelines to assist in tuning, training, and supporting ML models in production.
- Improve model accuracy along with latency and throughput with hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, and profiling performance.
- Contribute to the creation of intelligent and intuitive network solutions for telecom.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Python programming.
- Expertise in the fundamental ML algorithms such as Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forests, SVM, KMeans and PCA.
- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience hands-on with Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy and Scikit-learn libraries.
- Understanding of the development of cloud-native microservices using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka as well as RabbitMQ.
- Experience working with Git pipelines for CI/CD and Agile development methods.
Nice to Have
- A lot of interest in the telecom and networking industry.
- Experience with Docker as well as Kubernetes.
Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Tier-1 Engineering college in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML Engineering or a related area.
