- Locations: Chennai, Noida
- Type: Stipend-based Internship
Eligibility Criteria
- Education Qualification: A degree from an undergraduate institution or a university with a BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BE, or BTech
- Eligible Batches: 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Versant proctoring and interview processing
- Control the student connect and assessment processes
- Prove your people skills through efficient communication skills while using MS Office tools
- Contact candidates on the database for counselling sessions with parents and candidates.
- Correctly update candidate databases based on parameters like the eligibility criteria, the interest level and the status of the exam.
- Plan assessments and interview dates in conjunction with the candidates
- Document submission support processes for the release of an offer
- Conduct sessions of counselling or webinars. Also, conduct assessments
- Participate in the events held by government agencies and other stakeholders.
- Coordination of onboarding activities and informing candidates about timetables.
- Send timely reports on candidate outreach and the progress made
- Make sure that the data is accurately and completely entered into the system assigned
- Other tasks can be performed as directed by the manager in charge of reporting.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills for communication
- People management and strong interpersonal abilities
- Expertise is required in MS Office applications
- Excellent coordination and organisational skills
- Ability to handle large-volume interactions with candidates professionally
