Revature New Off Campus Hiring: A renowned technology recruitment and training company is seeking driven Full Stack Developers for immediate openings in Pune and Chennai. Candidates who are fresh graduates or have at least 6 months of previous experience are eligible. The job involves the development of modern web-based applications using React.js for the front end, Python for the backend, and MongoDB to manage the databases.

Job Description
- Job Title: Full Stack Developer
- Experience: 0-6 Months (Freshers Welcome)
- Locations: Pune (Maharashtra), Chennai (Tamil Nadu)
- Department: Engineering / Product Development
Candidates are selected to join a team environment, working alongside the top developers as well as product management. They gain real-world experience in full-stack programming while working on real client-facing projects.
Required Skills
Frontend Development:
- Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3 with a focus on basic animations and responsive layouts
- Expert proficiency in React.js, including functional components, hooks and the React Router
- Experience with React, responsive multi-device support
- Experience hands-on using the Material UI (MUI) to build and design components
- The ability to convert Figma wireframes and designs into functional, clean user interfaces
Backend Development:
- A knowledge of Python programming, which includes classes, functions, and the handling of exceptions
- Experience creating RESTful APIs with Flask or FastAPI
- Basic understanding of authentication mechanisms, such as JWT and session
- Expertise in correct error handling and well-structured API response formatting
Database:
- A good grasp of MongoDB basics — documents, collection operations, CRUD, and basic aggregate queries
- Experience with the PyMongo platform (or an equivalent ODM) on at most one project
Version Control:
- A strong grasp of Git for merging, branching, and resolving conflicts
- Experiential working experience with GitHub includes creating pull requests and working on shared repositories.
Preferred Skills (Advantageous)
- Basic introduction to Terraform to provide infrastructure on AWS
- Ability to write shell scripts for the automation of deployment and build
- Knowledge of AWS serverless architecture, which includes Lambda functions, API Gateway, an S3 static host, CloudFront and Amazon DocumentDB
Key Responsibilities
- Create responsive frontends using React.js and connect them to backend APIs
- Maintain and create REST APIs using Python using Flask or FastAPI.
- Perform MongoDB operations, including read, update, write and aggregations of basic nature.
- Write clean, reliable code and actively be a part of code review
- Partner with product owners to determine requirements and deliver features according to schedule
- Support deployment of applications to AWS with a shell script and serverless configurations
- Document APIs, code, and setup processes to help team members’ documentation
- Resolve and troubleshoot bugs that are discovered during testing or production
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech with a focus on Computer Science, Information Technology or similar areas (only the 2024 graduates or those who graduate in 2025)
- A minimum of 0-6 months of relevant work knowledge
- A minimum of 1 good personal or academic project built using React.js, Python, and MongoDB
- Active GitHub profile that showcases personal projects (highly desired)
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
