Deloitte Off Campus Hiring Drive: Join the exciting EMEA RDM Team for Transformation as an Business Technology Analyst in Hyderabad. The Business Analyst job is focused on assisting Deloitte Member Firms through requirements gathering, configuration of systems and agile project execution. Candidates should be proficient in the analysis of data in HRIS systems, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, gather and write down business requirements before turning the requirements into operational specifications as well as detailed test plans.
• Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, adjusting systems with AGILE methods that align with the business requirements.
• Be able to meet client expectations and meet set deadlines for projects while juggling the pressure of peak season.
• Track, identify, report and then resolve problems quickly for smooth operation.
• Examine client problems and offer practical and sustainable solutions.
• Partner with business owners to identify information requirements and develop informative reports.
• Test system and unit levels for applications that have been configured.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience ranging from 0 to 2 years with a proven track record of problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A keen eye for detail, multitasking in fast-paced environments and completing tasks on time and within budget.
• Expertise in documenting and analysing complicated business processes.
• Skills in analysing, gathering data, and writing reports.
• Advanced control in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot macros), MS Word, Outlook and SQL.
• Knowledge of relational databases is highly recommended.
• Experience with HRIS systems and analytics, data wrangling and dashboard software is beneficial.
• Rapid team integration and effective oral and written communication at all levels of the organisation
• Strong organisational skills and a strong dedication to customer service.

• Reduce complex problems into manageable steps.
• Train and document processes that are high volume.
• Advanced MS Excel, Word, and Access and proficiency in communication.
