The Customer Support Associate job includes managing international voice-based customer interactions with a top-of-the-line eCommerce platform. The candidate selected will take care of both outbound and inbound calls to resolve customer concerns and provide a seamless, professional and efficient customer service experience. The job requires excellent communication skills, active listening and the ability deal with customer complaints with calmness and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer international calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Learn about customer concerns, provide exact information, and offer prompt resolutions.
  • Maintain the highest levels of satisfaction for customers by ensuring effective communication.
  • Update and record call details and customer information within internal systems.
  • Follow the standard procedure and guidelines for quality in every interaction.
  • Work with internal teams when the need for escalation or support arises.
  • Rotational night shifts are available in accordance with the requirements of the business.

  • Excellent listening and verbal communication abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to use software for CRM and emails.
  • Excellent speed of typing and attention to particulars.
  • Resilient, disciplined and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting.
