Infosys New Hiring Drive: Infosys Springboard invites women aged 18 and above to join Pragati: Path to Future Cohort 8. It is a completely virtual 100-day event that runs from February through April 2026. This exclusive women’s initiative focuses on Women’s career readiness training and educationfor women, job-aligned skills development, Workshops on personal branding, and building confidence in communication. It is ideal for young professionals, students seeking jobs and career changers. Lifelong learners looking for Free Infosys Springboard classes and certificates.

Key Program Highlights

• Duration: 100 days, with expert-led virtual sessions and quarterly progress reports.
• Core Modules:
  • Career Ready: Resume creation, as well as interview preparation, and strategies for navigating the job market.
  • Job-Aligned Skills: Training in areas of high demand.
  • Your Personal Branding: LinkedIn Optimisation as well as professional networks.
  • Communication and Confidence: Public Speaking and Soft Skills Development.
• Eligibility: Women aged 18 and over only. Prior Pragati certificate holders are not eligible to apply. Men are not eligible.
• Selection Process:
  1. Complete your registration by February 8th, 2026, at 11:59 midnight 11:59 EST.
  2. College students must submit a No Objection Certificate to springboard-support@infosys.com by February 20, 2026, 11:59 PM IST.
  3. Shortlisting based upon Infosys Springboard learning history, the application form, and completing 2 pre-approved courses plus 1 certification (details following registration).
