Eligibility Criteria:

• Students in the 2026 graduate batch consist of BBA, B.Com, BSc, BA and BCA.
• Excellent English communication skills, Written and verbal.
• The capacity to work in rotational shifts and night shifts.
• A positive attitude, great interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer queries effectively via chat or helpline.
• Make sure that your customers have a pleasant experience while keeping the highest standards of professionalism and precision.
• Document and manage customer interactions in accordance with company policies.
