About the Opportunity

Job Title: Data Analyst – Off-Campus Hiring 2025 Location: Pune (Hybrid Mode)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, collect, and process huge and complex data sets from a variety of sources.
• Create and manage interactive dashboards as well as visual reports with Tableau or Power B, I or Looker.
• Conduct exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to discover trends and gain useful insights.
• Conduct statistical assessments, plan A/B tests, and write predictive reports on data.
• Work with teams across functional lines to resolve business issues by using analytic models.
• Maintain consistency, quality of data and precision across layers of pipelines and visualisation.
• Write down findings and make recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation Year: 2024 or 2025
• Educational Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, M.Tech, or MBA in Analytics or similar fields
• Subjects: Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or similar domains

Required Skills

• A solid understanding of SQL, along with sophisticated Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experienced knowledge in Python as well as R to manipulate data and perform analysis.
• A solid knowledge of statistical concepts, probability, along tests of hypotheses.
• Excellent analytical reasoning, problem-solving solving and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experiential experience using cloud-based data platforms like BigQuery, Snowflake, or AWS Redshift.
• An understanding of how ETL works, data modelling and tools such as the dbt or Airflow.
• A familiarity with machine learning, predictive analytics or product analytics tools such as Amplitude, as well as Mixpanel.
• Experience as an intern or in academic projects related to Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or related areas.
