Capgemini Latest Hiring: Capgemini is looking for Tech Support with knowledge in industrial digital technologies. This role is responsible for the digital continuity of the engineering domain, facilitating effective data flows from design through to industrialisation, manufacturing and supply chain operations. It is well-suited for those wishing to work in advanced engineering development inside a fully digital environment.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will be instrumental in the shaping, configuring and deployment of industrial digital technologies, including PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems). The aim is to promote the integration of technology, to guarantee an uninterrupted flow of information and support digital transformation in factories.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, roll out, and support production digitalisation solutions (in particular: PLM & MES) in the factory.
- Leverage an advanced understanding of engineering across enterprise systems, while managing the digital continuity between adjacent technologies and with other information systems.
- Integrate design, industrialisation and manufacturing with proper data flow and integrity.
- Diagnose system problems and perform other system troubleshooting.
- Work with cross-functional teams on the successful integration of digital across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Provide technical guidance and propose procedure innovations to improve engineering effectiveness.
- Collaborate in CI projects aimed at optimising the system and data management.

- Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record implementing/maintaining PLM, MES and/or other digital manufacturing technology.
- Good knowledge of digital continuity in the industrial sector.
- Experience with manufacturing practices, as well as data and integration models.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and technical documentation skills.
- Rapid adjustment to new digital platforms and industrial tools.
- Experience in global manufacturing or product development environments is preferred.
