Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing, configuring and creating CRM Cloud Fulfilment solutions under the SAP CX (C/4HANA) platform.
  • Contribute to the automated fulfilment of orders and other related processes by establishing solid workflows and integration logic.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional technical and business teams to study customer satisfaction and management of order requirements.
  • Develop, test and implement workflows APIs, workflows, and interface connections to facilitate smooth order management in CRM cloud environments.
  • Participate in unit testing, debugging and issue resolution to ensure accurate and efficient system performance.
  • Data validation supports processes, audits, validation of data and system monitoring to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
  • Create complete documents on technical aspects, solution guides and user guides for the implementation of solutions.
  • Find and implement the latest tools, as well as updates and best practices in CRM Cloud Fulfilment and SAP Customer Experience technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of practical experience or experience as an intern with SAP CRM Cloud Fulfilment or CRM Configuration, or comparable CRM-related technical environments.
  • Expertise in SAP C/4HANA as well as CRM cycle-of-cash-order and cloud-based fulfilment concepts.
  • Experience with tools and integration techniques such as RESTful APIs, OData services, along with process automation and frameworks.
  • Basic understanding of debugging techniques, as well as performance tuning and testing methods for Cloud CRM systems.
  • A solid analytical background, as well as the capability to convert business scenarios into technical and functional specifications.
  • Fantastic communication and collaboration, and problem-solving skills to facilitate multi-disciplinary teamwork.
  • Flexibility and willingness to master new SAP CX frameworks, modules and the latest CRM technologies.
  • SAP accreditation in CRM Cloud C/4HANA, CRM Cloud, or related functional areas provides an additional benefit.

Educational Background

  • A bachelor’s level degree is required in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
  • A postgraduate degree or certification in information systems for business, management or SAP technologies gives you an edge.
