Job location and eligibility
This is an opportunity for the Noida Sector 58 office, and the process for securing the position is entirely in person. Candidates must be residents of Noida and/or New Delhi, and only 2022, 2023, or 2024 students who have graduated from B.Tech, BCA, MCA or M.Tech programs can apply.
Key responsibilities
Selected Software Quality Engineers will design and maintain test plans with detailed as well as test cases and test scripts that are aligned with technical and functional specifications. They are responsible for executing manual tests, recording results, highlighting defects and assisting in scaling, performance, and testing for security, to make sure that there are safe as well as reliable versions. Collaboration with product managers, developers and other people involved in the process is required to clarify the needs, improve quality procedures and report test findings.
Skills required and profile
Candidates must be able to comprehend the concepts of manual testing as well as the life cycle of software development and the life cycle of bugs, as well as have an aptitude for analysis and analytical abilities. Basic knowledge of programming in at least one programming language like Java, C++ or Python aids in understanding the behaviour of code, creating better test scenarios and assisting the future efforts to automate. An open-minded approach to learning new QA tools including usability testing, including usability testing and automated testing, along with excellent communication and documenting skills, is highly appreciated.
