Role Overview

The job focuses on the development of the most advanced AI systems. Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop and implement agent-based AI architectures, such as multi-agent systems and autonomous ones.
• Create and refine LLM-driven agents capable of context-based reasoning, problem-solving and flexible planning.
• Integrate and configure frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom Siemens frameworks designed for enterprise use.
• Create modular APIs, tools and functions that enable agents to make their own decisions.
• Implement context memory and vector storage systems and retrieval pipelines to enhance the short- and long-term intelligence of agents.
• Develop end-to-end evaluation pipelines that evaluate the accuracy, reliability, and performance of agents, as well as failure-mode handling.
• Create and build backend services with Python or Node.js for seamless interfacing to AI systems.
• Create CI/CD pipelines by using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools to automate deployment and testing procedures.
• Make use of containerization technology such as Docker and Kubernetes to scale production deployment.
• Integrate AI agents into microservices for enterprise applications APIs, as well as important cloud infrastructures such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Python with a solid foundation in the creation and deployment of AI (also known as machine learning) software.
• Practical experience in the integration of large-scale language models, which include multi-step reasoning and prompt engineering configurations.
• Practical exposure to frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or OpenAI Assistants API.
• A solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and the principles of generative AI models (LLMs, etc.) and fine-tuning methods.
• A solid foundation for the development of REST APIs as well as microservices for scaling AI applications.
• Experience with orchestration and container tools such as Docker as well as Kubernetes.
• Experience working on pipelines for CI/CD made using GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins environments.
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate or Chroma.
• The ability to develop reliable AI systems that focus on security, guardrails, fallback and logging mechanisms.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills that are strong together with a thorough knowledge of system design.
• Ability to adapt to quick-paced, agile environments. Rapid testing and cycles of iteration.
