About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Help with the execution of projects by contributing to the development of software or testing, or any other technologies that assist in creating and maintaining enterprise-level initiatives.
• Collaboration with the owners of the product and business stakeholders to comprehend the needs, formulate solutions and deliver in accordance with established timelines.
• Increase efficiency of tasks by identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining workflows to speed up execution.
• Facilitate the smooth transfer of domain expertise across teams. Play an active role in educating teammates on the use of specific technologies in projects.
• Create precise reports on projects and report on current progress, issues and outcomes to stakeholders and management.
• Make use of data-driven insights and technical knowledge to aid in constant improvement and ensure that your project is running at quality.
• Effectively coordinate with your internal and client teams and the leadership team to resolve issues and process alignment.
• Be responsible for the quality of software, its performance and reliability by proactive testing, debugging, and optimisation.
• Build stronger relationships between teams by encouraging open communication and aligning individuals’ goals with the organisation’s objectives.
• Contribute to the creation of a supportive environment that is focused on the continuous learning process, innovation, and professional development.

Required Qualifications

• Education Background: The degree should be in BE/B.Tech (CSE information technology), B.Sc. (Computer Science), BCA or MCA is preferable. Other qualifications in computer science or technology in general are taken into consideration.
• Functional Domain Knowledge:
  Candidates with experience in healthcare Information Technology and the IT Service Delivery areas will be at an advantage, as their experiences are compatible with the expectations of the project.

Technical and Professional Skills

• An understanding of basic concepts in programming and principles of software engineering.
• A working knowledge of any of the programming languages, such as Java, Python, C# or similar.
• Experienced in code reviews, debugging and software testing techniques.
• An innate problem-solving attitude and the ability to recognise the root cause quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for clear and concise ideas as well as technical discussions.
• An active attitude towards developing new techniques and ways to improve existing procedures.
• The ability to multitask efficiently and meet deadlines.
• A sharp analytical mind, a keen concentration on details and a sense of responsibility for the outcomes.
