Role Overview
The apprenticeship program teaches the fundamental aspects of software development, design and implementation in a team-based environment. The program allows participants to discover new platforms, build the foundations of technology, and participate in projects that foster technology-driven advancement in analytics and data. The position is based on Grade Level 5 and is focused on skill-building as well as teamwork and constant advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, learn and implement cutting-edge technical solutions for business issues that are real.
- Develop software with scalable and robust technologies that boost efficiency in business.
- Tasks related to data engineering, which include the development and optimisation of pipelines for data.
- Develop and deploy apps using Cloud Native technologies like AWS and containers.
- Concentrate on developing products that provide a better customer experience across all digital platforms.
- Assistance with infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation to automate deployment procedures.
- Participate in the CI/CD pipeline design and development to ensure quicker and more secure software delivery times.
- Assist in the setting up of monitoring and log solutions to monitor the health of your system, its reliability and performance.
- Install security measures, such as access control, encryption of data as well and vulnerability scans.
- Keep detailed technical documentation on deployment and operating procedures.
- Collaboration with teams across functional lines to combine the insights of the developers, DevOps researchers, engineers and analysts.
- Always keep up-to-date with technical information to keep up with the latest trends regarding software engineering, devOps, as well as AI-driven tools.
Essential Qualifications
- A bachelor s-level degree is required with a major in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or any related technical field.
- A thorough knowledge of Python programming and concepts of object-oriented design.
- Experience with SQL/PL-SQL and relational database management, along with query optimizing.
- Basic understanding of AWS Cloud Services, Power BI, as well as the AI/ML concept and large-scale language models.
- Ability to think through problems thoroughly and provide solid technical solutions.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to write specifications and requirements documents.
- Excellent communication skills that are suitable for working in teams.
- The ability to work in a mixed environment that includes at least two office days each week. Gurugram.
