Nexora Infotech Hiring: The opportunity to learn professionally for four months is open to front-end developers who are enthused about making attractive, user-friendly and user-friendly web-based applications. Nexora Infotech is accepting applications for the Front-End Developer Internship, which will be featured on the Unstop Tech Fair 2025 in Jalandhar. This program focuses on combining the power of technology and creativity through real-world projects and mentorship by industry experts.

About the Internship

The course runs for four months. The program is split into two phases: the unpaid portion of two months, followed by a paid period that lasts for two months. A mid-term performance evaluation will be conducted after 1.5 months to gauge the development of skills, dedication and overall performance. Only interns who show consistency in commitment and growth in their technical skills through this evaluation will go through the paid stage.

This job gives the opportunity to use the most fundamental front-end design concepts and explore the real-world challenges of UI/UX. The selected candidates will have exposure to workflows that are performance-driven and work with real-time client work remotely.

Role Overview

The Front-End Developer Intern will be responsible for developing and creating interactive, visually appealing, responsive interfaces made with React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The job entails translating visually appealing layouts generated by Figma into dynamic web components, while enhancing the overall interaction of users and engagement across various digital platforms.

The job encourages innovation as well as problem-solving. It makes sure that each intern has an understanding of professional standards for modern web-based frameworks, development and design environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert Figma-based UX/UI designs into ready-for-production front-end layouts.
• Create scalable, structured, and effective web applications with React.js as well as Next.js.
• Work with the design and backend teams to align the functionality with the design intentions.
• Implement responsive design practices, ensuring cross-device compatibility.
• Participate in weekly or daily check-ins and strictly adhere to the guidelines of the project.
• Troubleshoot issues, test performance, and ensure user experience.
• Utilise modern design principles and semantic practices along with accessibility and design standards.
• Learn and incorporate new front-end technologies, frameworks, libraries, and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise proficiency HTML, CSS, JavaScript and framework-specific software like React.js, along with Next.js.
• A familiarity with the UI/UX tools, particularly Figma, to aid in visually-driven design transformation.
• Awareness of design standards that are responsive and design best practices.
• Ability to design clean, reuseable and easily maintained code structures that are clean, reusable, and easily maintainable code structures.
• A strong sense of balance in visuals, User-centric design and accuracy in execution.
• Personality with self-motivation and an attitude of professionalism toward deadlines and collaboration.

Additional Benefit: Practical knowledge of Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, or shadcn/ui could increase the chances of a successful selection.

Internship Details

• Time-to-Pay: 4 months 1. Phase (First 2 months): Unpaid learning and onboarding time
• Stage 2 (Next Two Months): Paid engagement in accordance with the results of a performance review
• mid-term evaluation: Conducted after 1.5 months, focusing on how well the work is done, along with discipline and consistency.
• Stipend – Range: 5,000 to 35,000 INR per month (depending on skill and performance level)
• Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
• Working Schedule: five days per week. With flexible hours and weekends available

Internship Conduct and Performance Policy

Every intern is required to adhere to the project’s requirements as well as ethical standards and timely communication. Regular updates, task completion and attendance at meetings are required. In the event of a continuous lack of action, late deadlines or other misconduct could lead to an automatic suspension.
