rtCamp Hiring Drive: An engineering team that is fast-paced is seeking high-energy individuals who are enthusiastic about front-end development to be part of the team as Associate React Engineers. This job is ideal for people who view programming as a skill, who appreciate clear architecture and have an interest in building robust, production-ready web applications that utilise React as well as JavaScript. The job offers a well-structured program of training and probation designed to help build strong foundations for the latest web technology, collaboration and collaboration using open-source software.

About the Position
The position of Associate React Engineer is focused on ongoing education, mentorship and experience with real-world projects. The first six months of the position serve as an initial trial period that is designed to mould young developers into professional React developers. The speed at which a candidate’s growth rate increases during these six months could be a catalyst for early promotions in accordance with the performance, speed of learning and the quality of their contributions.
In the course of training, the participants are exposed to developing open-source software for enterprise, workflows for projects and the latest front-end frameworks. A strong emphasis is given to simple coding techniques, maintainability, and the ability to think logically. Participants receive the guidance of senior engineers, as well as human code review as well and exposure to cutting-edge design and project architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and develop user interfaces with ReactJS and the latest JavaScript.
- Make code available to Open-Source projects as well as the internal development of products.
- Participate in agile teams while focusing on writing high-quality, well-documented code.
- Participate in discussions about the architectural choices and plans of projects.
- Utilise best practices for component design, Performance optimisation, component design, and security.

Learning Timeline
Month 1: The advanced learning process in the React framework with mentorship guided by the best practices for implementation strategies.
Months 2–3: Hands-on involvement in open-source codebases, active contributions to real-world projects and an introduction to best practices for controlling version via GitHub.
Months 4- 6: Team collaboration on client-facing apps with senior engineers, with a focus on the security aspect, scalability and the efficiency of code.
Promotions may occur at any time after two months, based on the individual’s performance, project involvement, and development of the skill.
Required Skills
- A strong grasp of JavaScript basics and React concepts.
- Understanding of design-based components and management of state.
- The desire to investigate frameworks like Next.js.
- An interest in working within community-based or open source communities.
- Ability to solve problems using the use of a systematic and logical method.
- Effective communication skills are ideal in remote work.
Preferred Skills
- Previous web development experience, research or independent projects.
- Acquaintance with Next.js and rendering techniques for servers.
- Experience with backend technology like PHP and Python.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON Full-stack workflows, as well as JSON.
Compensation Structure
The position provides a total consisting of twelve LPA CTC that are structured with progression based on milestones in performance:

- Preference is accorded to candidates with open-source pull requests (PRs) that demonstrate a solid understanding of code logic and review protocol.
- Candidates are required to be eligible for membership between November 2025 to July 2026..
Application Process
Selection is a transparent, multi-stage system of evaluation:
- The Shortlisting Stage (15-30 working days): Guided by academic records, GitHub activity, and open-source participation.
- Interview Round 1. (5-10 mins): Quick screening to assess technical and communication skills.
- Interview Round 2 (30-60 minutes): In-depth technical discussion, live coding, as well as project-based assessment.
