Riverline Hiring Drive: Riverline will be on the quest to create the 2035 bank – the first financial institution that’s intelligence-fueled by artificial intelligence that can provide individualised services to millions of unserved Indians. The company is developing the new norm in how borrowers interact with financial systems through conversational and adaptable AI agents deployed across several platforms. They communicate with the borrower regularly via phone messages, WhatsApp, and email to help them manage their repayment process, overcome challenges and improve their financial health. Every interaction is a sign of the future of empathetic, automated and scalable communications in financial technology.

Role Overview

• Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
• Nature of Work: On-site, six days a week (Monday to Saturday)
• CTC: ₹50L – ₹70L (Base + ESOPs)

A Full-Stack AI Engineer job at Riverline is specifically designed for developers who are driven to deliver relevant software quickly. This job is a blend of AI research implementation and solid software engineering expertise, which covers everything from infrastructure and APIs for backends to frontend interfaces, as well as live-time AI deployment. The goal is to create intelligent, scalable systems that can serve millions of customers quickly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, test, and scale AI-powered systems that can handle hundreds of interactions with borrowers via texts and voice each day.
• The stack is a work in progress, including frontend applications, backend services, to AI modelling integration, as well as automation of infrastructure.
• Incorporate and refine large models of language by using open-source frameworks and APIs.
• Develop robust systems by combining AI logic and business workflows to create intelligent automation.
• Model pipelines for model models to ensure high quality of response, speed and scalability when faced with heavy real-time tasks.
• Examine performance metrics to find potential scaling opportunities and then implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, AI specialists and data teams to ensure that your deployments are ready for production.
• Develop reusable tools, improve processes, and boost the efficiency of development at a large scale.
• You should ensure robust security as well as reliability and performance monitoring across all the services you deploy.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience of 0-3 years in the field of AI or software development.
• Strong programming skills with Python, Go, Node.js or Java.
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, or Angular.
• Experience with backend frameworks, such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• A familiarity with AI/ML tools, like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face or LangChain.
• Knowledge of the importance of LLM installation, fine-tuning and integration.
• Experience with managing microservices and APIs with cloud-based providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and optimisation of performance skills.
• Effective communication skills for explaining complicated AI and the concept of systems to diverse audiences.
• A self-driven attitude with an eagerness to experiment, learn and rapidly iterate.
