Job Overview

A UI/UX designer works closely with developers, marketers and users to translate demands into appealing and simple-to-use digital layouts. This position requires a strong creative ability along with an eye for the finer points of design to create appealing and functional user interfaces, both for mobile and web devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and test user-friendly, visually appealing Web desktop and mobile interfaces using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch and similar software.
• Help teams from different functionalities translate their needs into practical conceptual design concepts.
• Conduct a user research study feedback from users, analyse it, and suggest usability improvements.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate concepts about design in a clear manner.
• It is important to keep the same style of design and accessibility across all projects.
• Stay on top of the most recent UX/UI trends, most effective practices, as well as the latest technology.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency with advanced expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop or any other tools that are well-known for design.
• An understanding of UX ideas and UI design, and the most efficient methods.
• A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and the basics of responsive design.
• Outstanding communication skills, presentations, and problem-solving abilities that are innovative.
• Attention to detail is sharp and powerful thinking skills.

Educational Qualification

• Master’s degree with an emphasis on Design, Computer Science, Visual Communication or another related area.
• A professional certification for UX/UI Design is an added benefit.
