Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-quality customer service to customers, vendors and employees.
- Connect directly with stakeholders in order to solve issues quickly.
- Create new processes under supervision.
- Keep ODC-specific dashboards up to date with regular updates.
- Make sure to update critical information on SharePoint while guaranteeing 100% accuracy.
- Monitor and solve ServiceNow tickets quickly.
- Conduct regular checks of compliance and address weaknesses.
- Configure ODC endpoints and handle onboarding/offboarding tasks.
- Find out the process weaknesses by working in conjunction in collaboration with ODC IT teams.
- Serve as the project coordinator for the entire scope of ODC activities.
- Make use of advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint capabilities to report.
- Utilise the basics of Windows Scripting and Group Policy objects (GPOs).
- Document ODC processes and manage fortnightly reports.
- Create presentations that are ODC-related. PowerPoint presentations.
- Create audit readiness checklists to ensure compliance.
- Manage ODC operating shared mailboxes as well as follow-ups.
- Create invoices and share them with parties.
- Handle occasionally working overtime to complete deadlines.
- Monitor and manage ODC assets.
- Manage vulnerabilities and perform remediation.
- Assist supervisors in dealing with transactions.
- Work with the CX-EUS team to coordinate monthly check-ups as well as dashboard updates.
- Follow-up on ODC transactions.
- Respect policies, follow document resolutions and comply with Service Level Targets (SLTs).
- Perform password resets as well as Active Directory workstation management.
- Make calls, schedule meetings, and distribute minutes of Meetings (MOMs).
- Support infrastructure teams by performing the LAN, WAN and phone calls that require local hands-on effort.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech, BE, or equivalent engineering degree.
- Expertise in troubleshooting for Windows 11, Thin Client, IoT, and Linux.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of Windows Scripting, GPOs, security, vulnerability management, networking and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Certification.
- Microsoft MCITP Certification.
- Understanding of the security of networks and systems.
- Certified Qualys VMDR.
