Job Role: Trainee Software Engineer (Remote)
As a Software Engineer Trainee, they will get to the core of software development and work on AI-driven solutions that are scalable in the field of recruitment technology. This job involves creating new features from scratch and improving existing modules, giving hands-on experience in the rapid-paced SaaS environment. In close collaboration with experienced developers, the trainees can create effective, flexible, reusable and adaptable software, creating an excellent base for a successful career in technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with developers of software to develop and implement the best solutions.
- Create reliable, efficient, and scalable software to support the recruitment technology.
- Create new modules and features from scratch.
- Improve and maintain current features as well as modules.
- Utilize your skills to leverage your expertise in Java, Python, and AI/ML to fuel innovations.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Java and Python.
- Experimenting with AI/ML concepts can be an added benefit.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Traineeship Program Details
This 9-month structured training program is designed to help turn new graduates into proficient software engineers. The course includes:
- Internship Program:
- Duration: 3 months
- Commitment: 21 hours/week
- Stipend: INR 7,500/month
- Traineeship Program:
- Duration of time: 6 months
- Commitment: Full-time (8.5 hours/day)
- Stipend: INR 20,000/month
- Full-Time Opportunity:
- If they are successful in completing the nine-month program and based on their performance, applicants may be offered a full-time position as a Software Engineer Associate with an annual CTC of 9,00,000 per year.
Who Should Apply?

Selection Process (Online/Virtual)
The process for hiring is thorough and is designed to evaluate the ability to think critically, logical problem-solving skills, as well as communication abilities. It includes:
