Tech Mahindra Mass Hiring Drive: Tech Mahindra, a global company that is a leader in IT services and consulting, is seeking applications from skilled Mechanical Engineering graduates (2023 or 2024 passing outs) to participate in an exclusive fresher recruitment campaign. This job opportunity is geared towards individuals who are looking to start an exciting career in an extremely fast-paced and fluid work environment. Candidates who meet the stringent requirements for eligibility will go through an evaluation process of five stages that includes a virtual proctored online exam and face-to-face interviews in Tech Mahindra offices.

Academic Eligibility Criteria

To be considered in this hiring drive, applicants must satisfy the following requirements:

1. Educational Qualification:
   • Have completed BE/B.Tech with mechanical Engineering in either 2023 or 2024 at an institution that is approved by UGC and recognized by AICTE.
   • Have an official Provisional degree Certificate or Consolidated Marksheet issued by your college or university.
   • Candidates who graduated before 2023 cannot be considered eligible.
   • Certificates earned via correspondence, online courses or even part-time study are not considered valid.
2. Academic Performance:
   • Minimum marks of 65% in the 10th, 12th, diploma (if relevant) and Engineering.
   • For those who have a Diploma after the 10th grade, a Minimum 70% in the Diploma is required.
   • If both 12th and Diploma have been completed, the minimum requirement of 65percent marks in both subjects is required (marks taken in all subject areas).
   • Candidates who were tested for enhancement in any academic program are not eligible.
3. Academic Gaps:
   • A one-year gap between two academic programs before SSC.
4. Percentage Conversion:
   • Academic scores should be recorded in percent (%) only, and not more than 2 decimal points.
   • If the grades are CGPA, change them to equivalent percentages in accordance with the guidelines of your university. Inputting CGPA directly could result in being disqualified.

Application Process

1. Registration:
   • Completely fill in the information, including your personal details, contact details, and academic qualifications.
   • Incorrect or incorrect information could result in the disqualification or rejection of the offer or even termination of the employment.
   • After successful registration, applicants are issued a Registration ID as well as a PIN by email to allow for further correspondence as well as access to the test.
   • Examine your junk/spam folders to find messages and verify that your email ID registered with the company is correct.
2. Selection Process:
   • The eligible candidates will be invited to take an online, proctored virtual examination within two weeks of submitting their application.
   • Successful candidates will be invited to face-to-face interviews in Tech Mahindra offices.
   • Each stage serves as a filter to the following, ensuring that only the top talent is promoted.
3. Onboarding:
   • Onboarding, post-selection, occurs in stages based on business requirements, at the discretion of Tech Mahindra.

Key Notes for Applicants

• Prior Employment:
  • Employed applicants must have an NOC or a letter of authorization from their present employer in order to be eligible to participate.
  • Previous work experience doesn’t have any additional weighting in the process of evaluation.
• Reapplication Restriction:
  • Candidates who participated in a Tech Mahindra fresher recruitment drive (campus or off-campus) within the last six months are not eligible. A gap of at least 6 months is required.
• Accuracy of Information:
  • Information provided during registration cannot be changed. Inaccurate information can lead to the loss of opportunities.
  • Tech Mahindra reserves the right to cancel offers or end the employment of employees if there are discrepancies.
• No Recruitment Fees:
  • Tech Mahindra does not charge any fee for recruitment, nor does it contract companies that charge for recruitment services.
• Travel Expenses:
  • No reimbursement is given for costs that are incurred during registration or exam participation.

How to Apply

The candidates who meet the requirements must:

1. Sign up online using accurate academic and personal information.
2. Convert CGPA to percentage according to university guidelines prior to entering scores.
3. Take note of the registration ID, PIN and Registration Number received by email for later information.
4. Prepare yourself for the online proctored test and any subsequent interviews.
