Key Responsibilities

• Time-Sensitive Decision Making: Make real-time decisions to address challenges during the inbound process, from forecasting to delivery.
• Performance Metrics: Maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency.
• Process Improvement: Identify trends through logical reasoning and suggest improvements to enhance inbound processes.

Basic Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university.

• Comprehension: Strong ability to understand and articulate customer or stakeholder issues.
• Focus and Concentration: Ability to stay focused on resolving issues without distraction.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer.
