This Web Developer Associate position is an exciting possibility to participate in marketing activities through managing web content. It is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about digital marketing and web development. This job includes the creation and management of web-based content to improve the performance of marketing. The focus of the job is to leverage the technical know-how to speed up the creation of content, increase the time-to-market and increase efficiency in operations at a large scale.

This job requires knowledge of HTML, CSS, and practical experience using the Contentful Content Management System (CMS). Candidates will be working on an application designed to facilitate seamless web authoring as well as collaboration and administration that allows users with little experience in programming to manage website content efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain content for websites using Contentful CMS to provide a smooth user experience.
• Develop and manage online marketing resources, such as ads and promotional material, to help support marketing campaigns.
• Resolve routine problems by using established guidelines and working with other team members.
• Contribute as an individual within a tightly-focused team and perform tasks within the predetermined goals.
• Follow the detailed guidelines for everyday tasks and new assignments to produce high-quality results.
• Make decisions that will directly affect your personal output at work, while ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of your work.
• Adjust to shifts in rotation in order to meet deadlines for projects and team goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Any recognised graduate degree.
• Experience: 0 to 3 years or more of experience relevant to the field of web development or management of content.
• Technical Skills:
  • A high level of proficiency in HTML as well as CSS is a must.
  • Practical experience using Contentful CMS to manage web-based content.
  • Experience with web authoring tools and collaboration platforms for content.
• Soft Skills:
  • A problem-solving mentality that can adhere to established guidelines.
  • Communication skills that allow you to communicate effectively in the team as well as with supervisors.
  • Ability to work in a team while contributing to team goals.
  • Ability to adapt to shifts in rotation and changing requirements for projects.
