Role: Software Developer
This job is perfect for those who are recent graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in developing backends, scaling architectures and the latest AI technologies. This job requires hands-on involvement using Python, Django Rest Framework and database-driven applications, and provides an opportunity to gain exposure to NLP, LLMs, and SaaS engineering of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, test, and maintain backend service and APIs with Python (Django Rest Framework).
- Make use of Django’s ORM to develop robust, scalable, and database-driven apps.
- Work with teams of cross-functional experts to create and implement features that have a high impact on the product.
- Help contribute to the development of NLP and integrate ML models to increase GenAI abilities (preferred).
- Use rigorous testing methods to ensure stability of the product, as well as code quality and the ability to scale.
- Explore new technologies and suggest new platforms for growth.
- Help to transition prototypes to fully functional production-ready components.
- Assist in other tasks given by the leadership to ensure that the product is constantly improved.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in professional software development.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degrees or a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field.
- Experience with Python and experience in the Django Rest Framework (DRF).
- Experience with hands-on Django ORM and the handling of relational databases.
- A strong problem-solving capacity, mental agility, and the desire to be a student.
- The desire for rapid adaptation to emerging technologies and changing engineering practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and machine learning (ML) model integration.
- Understanding of the transformers and embedding the RLHF, as well as large models of language (LLMs).
- Prior exposure to building or scaling a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.
- Experience in integrating testing frameworks into the routine development workflows.
