Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Fix Issues: Find and fix issues with software to ensure an efficient system.
- Functional Test Plan: Plan and implement tests to verify the performance of the system and to ensure its the system’s reliability.
- Analysing Root Causes: Analyse common issues to discover the root causes and then implement long-term solutions.
- Collaboration: Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams, such as Quality assurance specialists and developers, to tackle system issues.
- Software Updates: Install patches and update to ensure that your systems are current and secure.
- Documentation: Document troubleshooting actions along with solutions and test results to be used for reference in the future and knowledge sharing among the team.
- Support Testing Procedures: Support testing software and quality assurance to ensure high standards of system performance.

Must-Have Skills
- Expertise with functional Test Planning: Strong capability to develop, design and implement test plans to ensure the functionality of software.
- Software Testing Methodologies: Understanding testing methodologies and the best practices for confirming the system’s performance.
- Test case design and execution: Experience in creating precise test cases and then running them to find flaws.
- Tools for Defect Tracking: Experience with tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar platforms to track and report problems.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to deconstruct complicated issues and develop efficient solutions.
- Communication Skills: A clear and concise communication that allows you to work with team members and to document results.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Test Automation Tool: Experience with tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar platforms to automate testing procedures.
- Essential Scripting Knowledge: Familiarity with scripting languages like Python as well as JavaScript to aid in automation efforts.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of the importance of Agile and Scrum frameworks that allow you to operate efficiently within dynamic settings.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: The requirement is completion of a full-time for 15 years schooling (equivalent to the degree of a bachelor).
