About the Role
In your role as one of the App Support Engineers for the SHL Assessment Platform, you’ll be the core of the technology operation, providing the smooth operation of our platform and crucial assistance to our clients across the globe. You’ll address issues with applications and conduct the analysis of root causes, and implement continuous improvements to improve the quality of our platform. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support: Top-of-the-line Application assistance for the SHL Assessment Platform, ensuring the highest performance and reliability.
- Effectively resolve issues: Manage the issues reported by customers, diagnose them and guide them to resolution with the utmost precision.
- Document and innovate: Note bugs and enhancements as well as enhancements within an agile software development framework that contributes to the development of the platform.
- Collaborate globally: Collaboration together with Development, QA, Commercial, Client Support, and the leadership teams to automate processes and improve the efficiency of operations.
- Improve Continuously: Find opportunities to improve the quality of applications and user experience with proactive problem-solving.
