As a High-Quality Engineering Associate within the Retirement Planning Services team, you’ll play a crucial role in assisting clients with retirement plans by ensuring smooth onboarding, managing daily interactions with clients and providing high-quality customer service. You will be under the supervision of a supervisory team to respond to customer queries, address issues, and aid in the creation of retirement solutions that include individual retirement plans (Roth IRA) and college savings accounts and guaranteed investment contracts, along with corporate pension plans. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Support throughout the day for clients of retirement plans by responding quickly to queries and ensuring expectations of the client are fulfilled with professionalism and precision.
- Help with Onboarding: Facilitate the process of onboarding new clients by working in conjunction with Legal, Sales, and Relationship Management teams to ensure a smooth transition.
- Problem Resolution: Examine, identify and resolve client-related issues that concern operational, investment, compliance, and regulatory issues and coordinate with the relevant departments when needed.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct analysis, research and write monthly, weekly, quarterly and quarterly valuation reports to keep customers informed and interested.
- Trade and Account Verification: Make sure that all trades and accounts have been thoroughly examined and checked to ensure accuracy and conformity.
- Participation of Stakeholders: Link up with Fund Managers in order to create and implement strategies to support to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Client communication: Create and send professional, clear communications to clients, making sure they are clear as well as alignment with their requirements.
What We’re Looking For

- Education Background: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in the field of financial services, with a preference for retirement planning roles, customer services or in quality engineering roles.
