As a Service Desk Analyst – L1, you’ll be the main point of contact for B2B customers looking to connect with Wipro’s Wipro Service Desk. Your role is essential in providing excellent technical assistance, resolving issues for the user and ensuring the operation is smooth. You’ll assist in solving problems with applications and issues with system administration as well as network issues, and will adhere to Wipro’s strict standards for superior customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide First-Line Support: Assist end users experiencing issues with their application and system administration issues, as well as network-related issues by chat, email or telephone. Also, walk-ins are possible.

Mandatory Skills

  • Knowledge about the TIS Service Desk procedures and tools.
  • Knowledge regarding IT problem management as well as troubleshooting procedures.
  • Superior communication abilities that enable you to communicate with customers efficiently and with compassion.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and efficiently control time within a chaotic working environment.
  • Basic understanding of applications and IT systems, as well as network configurations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degrees in IT, Computer Science, or another related field (or comparable prior work experience).
  • Experience of between 0 and 2 years working in an IT service desk Support position.
  • Experience with ITIL Frameworks, tools and frameworks for managing incidents.
  • An ability to solve problems and a positive outlook on education.
  • Capability to work in a 24-hour shift, including weekends and holidays, when needed.
